1. Return Eligibility
- Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition. This means it should be unwashed, undamaged, with all labels, tags, and packaging intact.
- Exceptions: Promotional items, flash sale items, clearance products, and any items marked as “final sale” are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or partial refunds. Additionally, perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom – made products (special orders or personalized items), personal care items (beauty products), hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: If you wish to return an item, please send an email to info@mekeoou.com. In your email, clearly state the reason for the return and attach images or videos of the product to support your request.
- Approval and Instructions: Once we review and approve your return request, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
3. Shipping Fees
- Buyer’s Remorse Returns: If you’re returning an item due to reasons such as the item not fitting, not liking the color or quality, changing your mind, ordering by mistake, or buying it elsewhere, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee, which is equivalent to 15% of the product’s value. This fee only applies if you use our provided return labels. Please be aware that we do not offer a pick – up service, so you will need to arrange the return shipment on your own.
- Restocking Fees: If the returned item is not in its original, brand – new condition (for example, if it has been used, installed, disassembled after installation, has missing accessories, or is in non – original packaging), a restocking fee of 15% of the product’s value will be charged. If the original product price includes a shipping fee, we will deduct 15% of the total price as the return shipping fee and another 15% as the restocking fee.
4. Refund Process
- Inspection and Processing: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it. If everything is in order, we will process your refund, excluding the return shipping costs, back to your original payment method.
- Timeline: Please allow 3 – 5 business days for the refund to be processed. Keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
5. Order Cancellations
- Before Shipment: If you need to cancel your order, you must do so within 12 hours of placing the order to receive a full refund. Contact us at info@mekeoou.com with your order details, including the order number, receiver’s name, and/or email address. We will process your refund, and the credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 3 business days.
- After Shipment:
- If you cancel within 12 hours of placing the order and before the item has been shipped, you will receive a full refund.
- If you cancel after 12 hours and the item has already been shipped, our standard return policy applies. Please note that cancellation after shipment is only available for UPS Ground and FedEx shipments. Items shipped by truck, UPS SurePost, or USPS cannot be recalled. In such cases, you must refuse the delivery, and once we receive the returned item, we will issue a full refund minus the return shipping fee within 3 business days to your original payment method.
6. Special Circumstances
- Defective Items: If you receive a defective or faulty product, please contact us at info@mekeoou.com before returning it. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include providing a replacement or issuing a full refund.
- Wrong Items: In the rare event that you receive the wrong item, you have two options. You can choose to keep the wrong item and receive a partial refund, or request the correct item. If you choose the latter, we may provide you with a free return shipping label. After we receive the returned wrong item, send us an email with your order details, and we will either send you the correct item or issue a full refund.
- Damaged during Transit: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@mekeoou.com. We will collaborate with the shipping company to resolve the issue. We can either expedite a replacement order or, upon successful damage claim submission and confirmation with the shipping company, process a full refund. You may be required to provide images or videos of the damaged product.
- Missing or Lost Items: If you suspect your package is missing or lost, email our customer service team at info@mekeoou.com with your order number and tracking number. We will initiate a lost package claim. The process usually takes 7 days until we receive formal confirmation from the shipping company.
